  • 1. Payment must be made in USD through RTGS or via an irrevocable L/C at 60/90 days sight from the date of shipment.
  • 2. Payment must be made by the maturity date. If payment is delayed, an overdue interest of 10% will be charged to the applicant’s bank.
  • 3. No amount, other than the discrepancy charge, may be deducted from the bill amount as a payment charge at the time of payment.
  • 4. All bank charges, including reimbursement fees and commissions, are to be borne by the applicant.
  • 5. L/Cs with a value of less than $1,000 will not be accepted.
  • 6. The L/C expiry date must be at least 30 days beyond the L/C shipment date.
  • 7. Document acceptance must be provided within 20 working days from the date of submission.
  • 8. Freight charges are 3-5% of the PI value.
  • 9. The PI is valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.
  • 10. Transshipment and partial shipment are allowed.
  • 11. Goods will be delivered 15 working days after the L/C or RTGS is received by our advising bank.
  • 12. Shipping Terms: C&F from factory || Packing: Standard carton box.
  • 13. Country of Origin: Bangladesh || Mode of Courier: By truck.
  • 14. Partial submission of acceptance documents is allowed for L/C values over $20,000.
  • 15. A Certificate of Origin issued by the beneficiary is acceptable.
  • 16. A tolerance level of ±5% in garment quantity is allowed and must be mentioned in both the BBLC and UD.
  • 17. UP consumption will be based on the DEDO’s input-output coefficient.
  • 18. Product description, quantity (in both pieces and kg), and beneficiary name must be mentioned in the UD.
  • 19. The UD must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the L/C shipment date.
